Encouraging the love of dance through the spirit of movement

Welcome to All the Above

We the dancers, faculty and staff at All The Above Dance Company are a vibrant community of people who have a high regard for each other, the art of dance, and the respectability and value of the work we do.

“I believe that we learn by practice. Whether it means to learn to dance by practicing dancing or to learn to live by practicing living, the principles are the same. In each, it is the performance of a dedicated precise set of acts, physical or intellectual, from which comes shape of achievement, a sense of one’s being, and a satisfaction of spirit. Practice means to perform, over and over again in the face of all obstacles, some act of vision, of faith, of desire. Practice is a means of inviting the perfection desired.” – Beth Rusher, Studio Owner

Happy Students

Happy Parents

Not only do the dancers are ATA compete and perform with grace and strength, but they know how to conduct themselves in a competitive setting. They are gracious, and polite and encouraging to not only their teammates, but also to their competitors. They have won TWO studio awards for over all sportsmanship and studio excellence.

Aubrey's teacher asked the class to come up with a goal for the year. The kids had to pick one goal, list how they would accomplish it, and who would help them reach it. Aubrey's goal was to join All The Above's competition team. She wanted to be ready to join by this year and she drew a picture of her dance teacher, Miss Beth, who would help her get there. I am so happy and thankful that she is now dancing beautifully on stage.

ATADC has been an enormous confidence builder for my daughter. I truly believe it has taught her self confidence, commitment, strength and the ability to work hard at something she is passionate about. We are so pleased with the love and guidance shown to the girls by their teachers and teammates. To say we are pleased with All the Above is a great understatement.
